The Your Account page helps you manage your FogBugz On Demand account, including payment, data export, and cancellation. Any user with administrative privileges on your FogBugz On Demand account can look at and change the settings on the Your Account page.
The numeric Account ID (e.g., 32708328) is just a bookkeeping number Fog Creek uses to keep track of your account.
The Payment Information is where you can change between the free two-user plan for FogBugz On Demand and the paid plan. You can also use Account Information to change your credit card on file with us, or to view your statements of past charges.
The Active User Account Limit allows you to set a limit on the number of active users on your account so that you don't accidentally add more and get charged for more users than you meant. This is an especially useful safeguard if you turn on the "Anyone can add a FogBugz account" option on the Site page.
Your Usage Details page helps you keep track of when you've activated and deactivated users, and the maximum number of users you had this month and during previous months.
Download Your Database: This is where you can download your FogBugz On Demand database, which holds all the data you've input. We offer your data in three formats: Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, and MySQL. The FogBugz database structure (schema) is documented here.
Ending Your Service: You can click this link to go to the cancellation page and close your FogBugz On Demand account. If you cancel your account in the middle of a month, the monthly fee for that Month of service will be pro-rated in accordance with the number of complete days during that month when the account was active.
